DESCRIPTIVE QUALITIES: This Paleta, meaning the front leg and shoulder, comes from the noble Pata Negra Iberian pig, which is known to be the highest quality cured ham in the world. The UN1CO (or UNICO) black label is the finest offering that has made Montaraz so famously popular. The Iberian pig gets its authentic and prominent aroma and flavor from grazing in the open pastures filled with matured acorns from oak trees during the montanera season.

BEHIND THE PRODUCT: From what is considered to be the Paradise of Pastures in Extremadura, Spain, this noble Ibérico Pata Negra Jamón roam wild and free.
