Marinated over four months with hand-picked seasoning, salt, and pimenton. This curing process ensures that every slice of Lomo Iberico de Bellota is seasoned to perfection. Enjoy the distinct marbling of fat and tender pork is due to the extremely hospitable regiment of the Iberico pigs. These pigs are humanely raised and fed on a natural acorn diet to yield the most natural Lomo Iberico slices that you could ever imagine.

BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Due to the antioxidants present in the exclusive diet of acorns, the Iberico ham can be cured longer than any other typical ham. As the ham ages through three years of summer through spring, it becomes more and more complex and flavorful. This long process allows the Iberico ham to lose most of its original weight, once at 60%, it is ready to be packaged and served. It is this patience and time that gives the Spanish ham its bold color, intense aroma, and pungency.
